The schedule of the Web Designed by Alwu is detailed and complicated, which cannot be accomplished by 1 or 2 persons, our web design team always contains 3-4 persons. The following graph is a simple graph of our web design schedule.

Preparation phase of the web design

• Client Requirements Perceiving:In this phase we discuss and research the functions and styles that clients want, after identifying we begin to integrate.
• Website Planning:Make a brain storming function planning according to the client requirements.
• Proposal Instruction:Give proposal to the clients formally, then discuss and confirm to implement.

Implementation phase of the web design

• Homepage proposal:Give the homepage design to the clients for discussing, and then through the users test confirm the homepage design after modifying.
• Website Information Structure:Define the information structure in the condition of site classification and relationship according to scientific methods, project name, try to allow users not to get lost or feel confused.
• Embedded page design and function development.Give visual design of site embedded page，and define the function of the site about related requirements.
• Usability Test:Select some general users to have usability test, which covers the grasp of website feature, position, location, and so on, then confirm whether it caters to the users’ requirements.

Accomplishment phase of the web design

• Test whether the website function is regular
• Make the website to be on-line implementation and end the case.
